Our Deal Only Package is for investors who have already on-boarded with us and discussed in detail the type of property they want to add to their portfolio. If you’re already on our Investors List and have identified a property from our regular property opportunities list, this service is exactly what you need.
Once you’ve selected the one, we take care of securing the deal for you and once the memorandum of sale is in place, the rest is in your hands. We leave you to manage the legal process and see it through to completion.
This is perfect for investors who are confident in the conveyancing process, or for those who already have an experienced team in place and are simply looking to secure the next great property for their portfolio.

Here’s How It Works:
You are already on our Property Opportunities Investor List.
You’ve identified a property we have already found and have gone through the figures with us.
Your paperwork and finance will already be in place and you are ready to move on the deal provided.
We introduce you to the vendor/agent and once the memorandum of sale is in place, you (or your team) take over the legal and conveyancing steps to complete the purchase.
Our Fees:
Buy to Let (BTL) – £3,000
House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) – £4,000
To get started, all we need is a £350 commitment fee upfront, with the remaining balance due on exchange of contracts. Simple and transparent.
